What you get

+$50 per extra person (same franchise, includes 3 extra edits)

~3 week turnaround time, watermark free in high and low res

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remainder due the day before the convention

How does it work?

Fill out the form below if you’d like to shoot with me, the more details you provide the better! I’ll go through and select bookings based on a few things - my interest in the character, whether we’ve shot together before (I want to make sure there’s room for some new faces!) and time preferences. Making these choices is hard - as much as I'd love to shoot with everyone, I've found that this approach works best for me. If you miss out on a spot this time, don't stress - there will always be chances to shoot together in the future.

Everyone will be notified of the outcome via email by the 25th of September.

Why an Expression of Interest instead of First-served bookings?

I've trialled both and have found that EOI is the most fair and flexible. Not everyone can jump online the second slots go live and I don’t want anyone to miss out just because they’re living their life.

This also gives me a chance to plan shoots around the MCEC, matching locations and times of day to your character to get the very best results!

What if I'm unsure of who I'll be cosplaying?

Fill out the form anyway, just note your possible cosplay options. I'll make selections based on the info that has been given but I do understand not everything goes to plan - if you need to change your cosplan please just let me know ASAP (you won't lose your spot if you've already been selected) 🙂

- All images remain copyright of Tay Bassi Creative. You may use the images however you like (including selling prints, mag submissions etc) as long as credit to Tay Bassi is given where possible.
